A perfect example of how Grahamy sleeps... clutching his blanket, sucking his mankie, and with his foot in the air...

It's almost bedtime... his cuffs are unrolled and his mankie's in his mouth, and yet Graham continues to stand at the coffee table...
Now for a game of peek-a-boo on the couch...
BOING!!!
I returned home to find Scott and Graham in the backyard digging for treasure...
Boys will be boys... and now I have two in my house!!!
I remember thinking Graham would never fit into this sweater... and though we've rolled the sleeves, he can actually wear it now. You wouldn't believe the compliments he gets. Thank you Mim!!!

Happy 8 months Grahamy!!!
Singing and stepping... and he couldn't be happier!!!
We're going to remove the glass in our coffee table for a while... at least until Graham's "whacking phase" comes to an end...

There he is! Graham even loves playing peek-a-boo with Rocky Raccoon...
Where's Rocky?

Now Graham has found the coffee table! He stands on his own and tries to take steps when he sees objects he wants... we'll have to hide our books!

Graham has two favorite spots... one is the window and this is obviously his second... especially now that he has figured out how to climb inside...
Sunday, January 22, 2006
Dad's working by the window, so it's sort of like peek-a-boo!!!
... and back to the window...

Graham has figured out how to crawl inside the entertainment center... and that's a smug look of satisfaction on his face!
Friday, January 20, 2006
Look closely and you will see Graham's 3rd tooth (his middle left) PAINFULLY poking it's way out of the top of his gum...
Maybe he inherited his Nana's knack for notes or maybe kindermusik sparked some innate talent, but this boy definitely loves music!!!
Caught in action... hence the funny face...
But he's still manly... and Graham's attachment to this hammer is quite obvious...

This is for my Aunt Carol... we celebrate you!
Such joy!
When I stepped out of the room for a minute, Graham removed his "little people" from his bus by himself and set them up on the entertainment center. I walked back in the room and found him sitting here playing with all four figures... pretty smart for a little boy!
Everything eventually ends up in this boy's mouth...

Meet "The Twist"...
Tuesday, January 17, 2006
He's a messy eater, but he cleans up so well!!!
Cousin Hannah handled her own spoon so well, so we decided to let Graham try. This is the result... Boy did he love swinging it around!
Monday, January 16, 2006
Graham is such a focused kid... and he is determined to figure out this toy!
Sunday, January 15, 2006
He isn't quite coordinated enough to knock the balls down with the hammer yet, but Graham loves to swing the hammer!

We call this "The Playboy"
Here's Nana giving Graham his first music lesson...
Graham is absolutely fascinated by the keyboard!
He's the next Liberace!!!

Cars driving down the road get big reactions!
Here's Graham waiting for Nana and Papa Jim to arrive for a visit
Wednesday, January 11, 2006
It's not so easy now to let Graham "air out" on the floor... naked or not, he just takes off!

Two Carolina Panthers...
Friday, January 06, 2006
Grahamy's standing on his own and checking out the "baby in the window..."
An empty gatorade bottle serves as Graham's teething ring...
Scott plays with Graham on his way out the door in the morning... in the corner of the picture, you can see one of our new gates... a necessity with a crawling baby!
I pulled the camera out this morning... and ZOOM... Graham crawled over to investigate!
Thursday, January 05, 2006
Grahamy is dropping the purple ring on his book and the green ring on the carpet... he has discovered the different sounds he can make on the different surfaces...
Wednesday, January 04, 2006
Scott set aside his Panthers-pride so Grahamy could show off his new Eagles gear from Aunt Hannie...

Big steps (for a baby): Taking the plastic rings off and putting them back on again...
Sunday, January 01, 2006
Just look at that grin! Graham's coming in for a hug as I'm taking the picture... It's hard to beat that!
This boy loves his hammer!
Graham is a curious and observant baby. He is content just picking at blades at grass or watching bugs crawl along the ground. He's pretty advanced for a 7-month old!...
